H-Phe-Asn-Phe-Asn-Pro-Phe-Gly-Leu-Arg-Phe-NH2 (trifluoroacetate salt)
Size : 1
P1(RMB) : 412
MW : 1257.45
One letter sequence : FNFNPFGLRF-NH2
Molecular Formula : C63H84N16O12
Description : Kisspeptin peptides and its receptor, GPR54, play key roles in cancer and reproduction development. In mammals (except for the platypus), there is only one kisspeptin gene (Kiss1) present. In fish and some amphibians, two kisspeptin genes (Kiss1 and Kiss2) are common, and have been observed in zebra fish, goldfish, chub mackerel, and sea bass.
